Our Group
SHW Group was founded in 2025 and has completed two acquisitions to date. The management teams of both practices have joined the Group and continue to lead their firms under their established brands. Today, the Group operates across five locations spanning Cardiff and South Wales, Bristol and the South West, and London.

We partner with high-quality UK accountancy practices with strong client relationships and a commitment to service. Our typical mandate is £500k–£5m of recurring fees and an acquisition stake of 60–100%, but we are flexible where the right fit exists.
